BigPriceList Terms and Conditions

Bigpricelist.co.uk is designed to be used by supporters of the good causes that link to the site. It links to commercial web sites which offer products for purchase.

When BigPriceList receives a commission for products purchased as a result of a supporter clicking the cause's link, the commission will be shared with the cause.

The proportion of the commission that is passed on to the cause will depend upon whether the cuase's unique link has been placed on the cause's web site.

If no link is added to the cause's website, 50% of the commission received by BigPriceList will be passed on to the good cause. However, if the cause includes a link to BigPriceList on the home page of its web site, 75% of the commission received by BigPriceList will be passed on to the good cause.

BigPriceList will strive to be a family friendly web site. It will not link to sites which have a primary focus of adult or gambling products. It will link to retailers (such as clothing, games, dvd stores and supermarkets) which sell a wide variety of products some which may not be suitable for children. The test of which sites are suitable to link to will be a personal decision based on whether we would be happy to visit the retailers' web sites in front of our young children.

You must observe good net etiquette when linking to BigPriceList.

You must not send spam emails (although if your supporters within the UK have agreed to receive emails from you in accordance with UK law, you are welcome to include your unique link to BigPriceList in the email).

You must not use underhand methods (such as popup windows that are not requested by the user, virus, trojans etc) to get people to visit BigPriceList.
